This project started as a way to combine my passion for wildlife, design, and digital tools into something engaging for children. I sourced images from free resources and used my own photography to create a natural and cohesive look.
The layout was built in Figma using autolayout and components to ensure consistency and flexibility. To streamline content updates and keep everything structured, I integrated the text via Google Sheets using a plugin—making it easy to manage and adjust without manually updating every page.
Outcome
The final result is a dynamic children’s book that combines structured design with flexibility. Using a mix of curated imagery and a systematic layout, the project was easy to expand and refine along the way.
This was a great opportunity to experiment with digital tools in a print format, making the process both creative and efficient.
