Process
Starting from scratch, I worked on defining the foundations of a scalable design system, structuring component libraries, and implementing design tokens, core components, and reusable patterns. The system was built with a focus on theming, scalability, and seamless integration with development workflows.
To ensure alignment across teams, I worked closely with developers and stakeholders, setting up workflows that connected Figma, Storybook, and front-end frameworks.
Outcome
My work established a structured foundation for future development, improving consistency and streamlining collaboration between design and development. With a structured approach to components, tokens, and patterns, it helped reduce repetition and improve workflow efficiency.
