During my employment at No Zebra, I had a client that needed to modernize their brand and website to support a modern subscription model. The goal was to create a new website and align their digital presence with their updated branding while ensuring that both customer-facing experiences and backend processes were structured efficiently.

Process

The project began with a typical sales process, including stakeholder meetings to define business needs and technical requirements. Research into potential solutions helped determine the best approach for their subscription-driven operations.

To structure the experience, I created wireframes and user flows that covered both the customer journey and internal processes such as order management and fulfillment. The design process moved through an iterative phase, refining the structure and interactions before transitioning into high-fidelity UI design.

Once finalized, the design was handed over to development with examples and specifications to support implementation. Alongside the hands-on design work, I also acted as project lead, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, developers, and external teams managing backend logistics.

Outcome

The website delivered a seamless experience that supported the client’s refreshed brand identity and business model. The new platform supported customer interactions and internal workflows, making it easier to manage and scale their operations.
