Process
I was invited for a coffee talk at Lunar Way, where we discussed both my skills and approach – covering not just design, but also problem-solving, research, and delivery processes. As part of the conversation, I explored a proof of concept for a shared account feature, which was a new idea at the time.
Inspired by OKR principles, I mapped out key objectives and measurable outcomes to guide the exploration. The focus was on defining decision points, user needs, and potential friction areas - from account invitations and permissions to financial tracking.
Using flow diagrams and early UI sketches, I outlined different interaction patterns and structured the feature to be as intuitive and user-friendly as possible.
Outcome
The proof of concept served as a foundation for discussions on feasibility, usability, and implementation challenges. By applying a structured, goal-driven approach, we were able to highlight key considerations early in the process.
Although this was an exploratory exercise, it reinforced how broad design thinking – beyond just visuals – plays a key role in problem-solving and product development.
